    Our services range from direct approaches to pre-screening and interviewing candidates, all the way to the offer phase with optional additional services such as reference checks and assessment centers.
  • Temporary HR Business Partner Support

    In addition, we offer interim support as an HR business partner to address temporary resource bottlenecks such as maternity leave, bridging notice periods, sabbaticals, or extended sick leave.
    We also support important projects such as onboarding programs, optimizing the recruitment process, and developing graduate and internship programs.

Topics for the monthly subscription (CHF 300 for 2 hours per month; unused hours can be carried over to the following month).

The monthly subscription offers the opportunity to receive initial information and advice on specific HR topics. If additional support in the form of written documents is required, billing will be agreed upon with the client on a daily or hourly basis, depending on the scope of the project.
