Topics for the monthly subscription (CHF 300 for 2 hours per month; unused hours can be carried over to the following month).The monthly subscription offers the opportunity to receive initial information and advice on specific HR topics. If additional support in the form of written documents is required, billing will be agreed upon with the client on a daily or hourly basis, depending on the scope of the project.

- Benchmarking salary ranges for specific positions at different hierarchical levels
Human Resources Planning and Recruiting- Advice on efficient and successful team structures and competitive compensation structures
- Support with new hires and ensuring a compliant recruiting process
Employment Contracts & Regulations- Interpretation and amendment of contractual clauses such as probationary periods and notice periods, non-compete clauses, etc.
Conflict Management & Performance Management- Advice on conflict situations and disciplinary measures, including dealing with underperformance, bullying, and team disputes
